We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns for used/opened products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@theciele.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your product back.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without return approval will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are eligible for return. However:
Refunds will be processed at the price paid.
We may offer store credit, exchange, or refund, based on your preference and the offer conditions at the time of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider.
If more than 7 working days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@theciele.com.
If you’d like to exchange your product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is accepted.
